Leeds fans react as club reportedly eye Champions League club’s teenage defender

Leeds United are one of three🐈 English clubs reportedly looking to sign Manchester City defender Taylor Harwood-Bellis ahead of the summer transfer window, as he remains on loan a🍰t Blackburn Rovers – and Leeds fans have reacted on Twitter to the reports.

Harwood-Bellis, 19, has caught the eye having joined Championship side Blackburn – playing alongside Leeds loanee Barry Douglas as well as ex-White🉐s veteran Bradley Johnson. He has played 11 times for Tony Mowbray’s side since joining in January.

Despite the second-tier’s struggling form – Harwood-Bell💟is has won just one of his 11 appearances – he has impressed for Blackburn. Those performances have caught the eye of Leeds, as well as Brighton and Brentford ahead of the summer.

Leeds are interesꩲted in signing the England youth international, though it is unclear if the Whites will pursue a loan deal – or a permanent one. He has a contract at City until the summer of 2024.

Leeds fans have reacted to the reported news that Victor Orta🌼 is looking to bring the defender to Leeds ahead of the summer window – and it is a mixed response from fans. Some feel he would be a good addition, while others 🌃feel he is not needed.
