This was despite the Elland Road star ‘having already snubbed’ the Gunners and Tottenham.

And on Friday, one report suggested there may have been a way back in for Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea.

According to , Barca were considering pulling the plug on their Raphinha interest if Ousmane Dembele stayed put.

And more recently, listed Tottenham and Arsenal as clubs who have made larger offers than Barca.

Chelsea were also there, having previously led the race before the Catalans stepped up their interest.

But now, it looks as though the saga may soon be coming to an end.

Fabrizio Romano has just issued a fresh update on Raphinha – and it’s a blow for Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.

Barca have submitted an official bid for the Brazilian, which Leeds are “set to accept”.

The La Liga giants have apparently offered a €58m (£49m) fixed fee, which will go up to €68m (£57.5m) with add-ons.

“Here we go soon,” Romano concluded on Twitter.

With the Raphinha saga now seemingly coming to an end, there’s a good chance Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea fans will actually breathe a sigh of relief.

He looks set for Barca, and the Gunners, Tottenham and the Blues can look elsewhere.
