Ledley King chooses midfield dynamo for his Tottenham POTY
Tottenham Hotspur legend Ledley King rec𒐪kons Moussa Sissoko has been the club’s Player of the Season.
The Frenchman h꧒as enjoyed something of a renaissance this term having struggled at first following his £30 million switch from Newc💙astle United in 2016 ().
Before the current season, Sissoko had ꦰhad a hard time convincing f𝓰ans of his worth.

He was on the fringes and struggled to take his opportunities when they came his w𓃲ay.
At one stage it looked as though Mauricio Pochettino and Daniel Levy would be🥂 best off cutting their losses over the player and trying to sel𓃲l him.
But injury problems allo🌄wed Sissoko to string a run of games together earlier this season, and he seized his chan🐼ce with both hands.
And in the eyes of King, Spurs haven’t had a b🎐etter player than him this term.

He said on Sky Sports during coverage of Tottenham vs Huddersfield Town, : “It’s great play from Sissoko and he’s been doing this most of th💟e season.
“Driving f🦂rom midfield and he’s put a great lit𓂃tle ball at the end of it and it’s a great finish from Lucas.
“Yeah I do [think he has been Spurs’ best player this season]. I just think he’🐎s been so important.”
TBR’s view
Sissoko has been immense for Tottenham this year.
His form has so✨ftened the blow of losing Mousa Dembele in January, and he is a totally different player to the one that first joined the club.

His latest displꦰay against Huddersfield was another reminder of how important he has becom𓆏e to Tottenham.
Christian Eriksen, Harry Kane and Heung-min Son have all had great seasons, but arguably Sissoko’s brilliant turnaroun💟d has been the club’s bigges🐓t positive.
