‘Great to be proved wrong’: Some Rangers fans in awe of their player’s ‘incredible’ display last night
A number of Glasgow Rangers fans have lauded Ibrox star Steven Davis for his latest Northern Ireland display.
The Gers and NI icon continues to shine for club and country and is showing no signs of slowing down.
Davis was one of the best players for Rangers last season as Steven Gerrard’s charges won their 55th title.

This season, the 36-year-old has played the full 90 minutes in eight Rangers games in all competitions.
This included a 7,000-mile round trip to face Alashkert and the pressure of captaining the Gers to an Old Firm victory.
And on Thursday, Davis played another 90 minutes as he helped Northern Ireland to a 4-1 win in Lithuania.
The Gers veteran delivered another classy, metronomic and almost effortless performance.
He was great in the build-up to Daniel Ballard’s goal, and won the late spot-kick in Vilnius.
Needless to say, Rangers and Northern Ireland fans continue to be wowed by Davis:
Alot of strong performances tonight. Steven Davis what a footballer that man is 👌👌👌👌

Never for NI but I had a season ticket at Rangers in his first spell. I just felt he found it hard to get into games then. He’s incredible now, Great player.
