‘Last details to be resolved’: Fabrizio Romano claims Villa are about to land ‘absolutely incredible’ player
Aston Villa are on the verge of landing Robin Olsen on loan, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Villans have already bolstered their ranks considerably in the January transfer window.
Villa have snapped up Philippe Coutinho on loan from Barcelona and bought Lucas Digne from Everton.

Now, it looks as though Steven Gerrard is about to bring Olsen through the B6 door.
The 32-year-old is currently on loan at Sheffield United from Roma.
However, Romano has claimed the Italian club will cancel Olsen’s Bramall Lane loan.
This will enable the Sweden international to link up with Villa until the end of the season.
Olsen has lost his place in the Blades line-up to Wes Foderingham.
Romano claimed the Olsen to Villa deal is in its final stages and that the player had already agreed personal terms.
Olsen previously spent last season on loan at Everton, making seven league appearances.
He then starred for Sweden at Euro 2020, helping his nation reach the last 16.
Olsen’s performance in the 0-0 draw with Spain earned him widespread praise.
“He was absolutely incredible,” quoted Alexander Isak as saying.
Meanwhile, Victor Lindelof added: “He was fantastic, he saved us. I am going to give him a big hug and say thank you.”
As well as Olsen, Villa are set to also land Dundee United centre-back Kerr Smith, according to .
