Kyle Walker-Peters reacts to Spurs star’s display
Kyle Walker-Peters has lauded Dele Alli on Instagram following Spurs’ win over Wolves on Sunday, while there was also a message from Crystal Palace man Jeffrey Schlupp.
Dele produced an outstanding display as Tottenham beat Nuno Espirito Santo’s men in North London.
It was a performance that reminded everyone just how good the 25-year-old can be. Ryan Mason insisted that he was very pleased with Dele following the 2-0 victory (via ).
It was little surprise therefore, that the England international was keen to comment on the win on social media shortly after the full-time whistle.

And amongst those to reply was Walker-Peters and Schlupp. Walker-Peters, of course, spent several years as Dele’s teammate before leaving last year. And he was clearly pleased for the Spurs star…
It will be a huge boost for the incoming manager if Dele is getting back to his best. For a long time, it seemed difficult to imagine him even being at Tottenham next season.
But with Mourinho’s departure and Mason bringing him back into the fold, there is every reason to think that he will get the chance to get his career fully back on track next season.
Based on Sunday’s display, he is ready to grasp that opportunity with both hands.
