Kevin Campbell says £30m player has been better than everyone else at Arsenal recently
Kevin Campbell has claimed that Martin Odegaard was Arsenal’s best player in each of their last two games.
The Gunners suffered back-to-back defeats in the Premier League against West Ham United and Fulham. They will be extremely disappointed with the two results, but Odegaard can keep his head held high as his performances really were outstanding.

Kevin Campbell hails Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard
Arsenal signed Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid for £30 million in 2021 (), and he has been brilliant for the Gunners.
The Norway international is the club captain and he almost always leads from the front. His quality on the ball, work rate and leadership have made him a fan favourite, and he’s almost irreplaceable now.
Odegaard has had a difficult season due to injuries and form. He has had a few disappointing games, but he was Arsenal’s best player by a distance against West Ham and Fulham.
Campbell has praised the Arsenal captain and agreed with us – no player was better than him in the Gunners’ last two Premier League fixtures.
The pundit said on : “I thought, by the way, in the last couple of games, I thought Odegaard really showed his captain’s qualities – getting on the ball and trying to make things happen.
“The fact of the matter is, the supporting cast just haven’t been on the same wavelength. For me, they have not been on the same wavelength as him.
“He’s been outstanding in my eyes and he’s been trying to make things happen. The supporting cast haven’t been as good as they have been in the past.”

Odegaard will be key for Arsenal vs Liverpool
After back-to-back defeats in the Premier League, Arsenal will want to bounce back, and their next game is against Liverpool in the FA Cup.
The Gunners picked up a good 1-1 draw against Jurgen Klopp‘s side last month, but they will be hoping for a win this time around.
Martin Odegaard has been exceptional for Arsenal despite the defeats against West Ham and Fulham. He was absolutely outstanding, especially in the game against the Hammers, where he registered six key passes.
If the Arsenal captain can repeat that against Liverpool this weekend, the Gunners could get the win and knock Liverpool out of the competition.
