Former Celtic and Rangers striker Kenny Miller has given his thoughts on the future of Bhoys hitman Odsonne Edouard.
Miller expects Celtic to be able to demand a high price for the striker, in the same way that the Kieran Tierney saga turned out.
Speaking to (21/10/2019 12:15 pm), Miller said: “They are in a position as you saw with the Kieran Tierney saga and Dembele that they can sit back and demand top, top dollar for their players. There’s no doubt he will be catching the eye of other teams because he is an outstanding young player.
“He’s getting better as each game goes by. His all-round game is just so, so strong. His link-up is great, he’s got pace, he’s got a good size and physique about him. And he gets goals. As a young player, he’s doing it on the international level as well, as a young player he’s going to be catching the eyes of some big, big teams.”

TBR’s View – Celtic are now adept at getting top dollar
Celtic won’t want to lose Edouard but they must be realistic enough to understand the day will come when they can’t keep hold of him.
As Miller says, it’s important they’re in a strong position when that day comes and given their recent experience in the transfer market, it seems they will be.
