Kenny Dalglish says Rangers have an amazing player in their ranks who’s really ‘quite incredible’
Glasgow Rangers captain James Tavernier has ꦯbeen praised by Scotland legend Sir Kenny Dal🌜glish following his heroics for the Ibrox side this season.
The full-back has enjoyed an incredible campaign for Rangers, registering 11 goals and 10 assists in the Scottish Premiership en route to the long-awaited 55th t♏itle.
Tavernier has been an ever-present for much of the campaign, with 44 Gers games in all competitions under his belt, d♛uring which he has registered 18 goals and 1ℱ5 assists.

The 29-year-old has missed tಞwo months due to knee injury picked up in February, during which time Nathan Patterson deputised admirably, but he’s now back in action.
Tavernier’s heroics have seen him shortlisted for the PFA Premiership Player of the Year award alongside Ryan Kent, Allan M💯cGregor and Ste🐎ven Davis.
Anꦯd Dalglish thinks the Gers skipper has done enough to win the individual accolade.
“It’s hard to single one out because they are all worthy of b🍬eing on the list,” he told the . “But, personally, I would narrow it down to Tavernier and Davis.
“The captain has scored 18 goals this seaꦍson, and had countless assists. His campaign really has been quite incredible.
“Yes, many have been penalties, but he also popped up with some beauties, including that sensational free-kick against Dundee United at Tan꧃nadice back in December.
“♍Tavernier has led by example, and answered any critics he may have had last season who questioned his suitability to be the captain of the football clu♛b.”

He has been sensational in captaining the Gers to the title, playing a huge part in completely steamrolling the division, anꦬd long may it continue.
