Jurgen Klopp says 24-year-old Liverpool man is the unluckiest player in the world
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has claimed that nobody can be more unlucky than Darwin Nunez when it comes to finishing.
The Reds came from behind to beat Fulham 2-1 in the fir൩st leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final last night. Nunez played a massive part as a substitute, but ✤once again, he failed to find the back of the net.

Jurgen Klopp says Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez is so unlucky
Liverpool conceded first at Anfield yesterday after Willian took advantage of Virgil van Dijk‘s uncharacteristic error.
The Reds were not great at all in the first half, but they improved after the break. Darwin Nunez‘s introduction made them extremely dangerous, and he helped bring them back into the game♓.
The 24-year-old assisted both Curtis Jones and Cody Gakpo‘s goals in the space of three minutes. He caused Fulham all sorts of p𒅌roblems, but like he usually does, he missed a few chances as well.
Nunez was denied twice by Bernd Leno. He couldn’t have done much more than he did with those chances, which is why Jurgen Klopp thinks no other player in the wo𒅌rld can be as un꧃lucky as him.
The German said, as per : “I don’t know how to explain ꦉthe Darwin ﷽[Nunez] situation.
“I’m so happy about our crowd and how they ta🍌ke it; I am so happy about Darwin’s reaction and how he takes it, but you cannot be more unlucky than he was in this finishing situation. It is just not possible.
“He does absolutely 🌸everything right and then the ball is not in. Then he still sets up the other goal. I think that’s really special to do that again. He did it for Mo [Salah] against West ꦬHam, if I am right, and today for Cody. Super-special.”

Darwin Nunez needs to keep working
Darwin Nunez has come under a ton of criticism for his finishing over the last 18 🃏months, and some of them are warranted.
However, 💝the one thing you can never question is his work ethic. The Uruguay international works tirelessly for his side every singlꦐe game, and he really is a nightmare to defend against.
He did all the right things last night, and Klopp is right, he was very unlucky not to see the ball go into the back of the net. Liverpool fans just need to be a bit more patient with him.
Nunez needs to keep going. He’s much better than he was last season, and with a little more work on the training ground, there’s every chance he explodes for Liverpool.
