Journalist shares what Lloris did with Dele after Tottenham win
Football London journalist Alasdair Gold has shared on Twitter what Hugo Lloris did with Dele Alli at full-time after Tottenham Hotspur beat Everton 5-0 on Monday.
Spurs got back to winning ways in emphatic fashion. Harry Kane scored twice, while Son Heung-min and Sergio Reguilon also got on the scoresheet. Michael Keane broke the deadlock by putting the ball through his own net.

It proved to be a sobering night for Frank Lampard’s men. They have really struggled away from Goodison Park. But they went into the contest off the back of a superb showing against Manchester City.
Unfortunately, they were completely unable to replicate that display against Antonio Conte’s side. They put Tottenham under a bit of pressure further up the field. But at the back, they were so poor.

Certainly, it was not the evening Dele would have hoped for upon his return to Tottenham. The attacking midfielder obviously was sold to Everton during the January transfer window.
He did get the chance to receive a big ovation during the game itself. Lampard brought the England international on during the second-half as Everton searched for any sort of positive.
But there was a moment of class after the final whistle. Gold confirmed on Twitter that Lloris took Dele over towards the Tottenham fans at the end, with the 25-year-old saying a goodbye to the supporters…
Lovely moment as Hugo Lloris takes Dele Alli over to say a proper goodbye to the Spurs fans.

Dele off to stuttering start at Everton after Tottenham exit
It has not been an easy start to life for Dele at Everton following his move from Tottenham. He is yet to secure a regular starting spot. And clearly, Everton are in big trouble in the Premier League.
They still have plenty of time to turn their fortunes around. And they will be hoping that players such as Dele can produce a few big performances along the way.
