John Terry has reacted on instagram after Celtic brought in Joe Hart from Tottenham Hotspur. On Tuesday afternoon, Celtic not only announced the signing of Hart. Also, midfielder James McCarthy joins after his release from Crystal Palace. Terry gave his verdict on Celtic signing Hart.
Hart, 34, had fallen down the pecking order at Tottenham after Fabio Paratici secured a deal for Pierluigi Gollini. Joining Spurs in 2020 on a free from Burnley, the 75-time England international only played 10 times in 20-21. He conceded eight goals.
Following his move, in which the ex-Manchester City and West Ham goalkeeper has penned a three-year deal, Hart has posted on Instagram. He sends a heartfelt message to the club he is leaving, with Spurs now likely to promote Alfie Whiteman to third-choice goalkeeper.
