Jim Ratcliffe now wants Manchester United to sign ‘special’ Premier League attacker
Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Crystal Palace star Michael Olise as one of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s first transfers.
The 22-year-old winger is one of the most exciting prospects in the Premier League having played a starring role for the Eagles since joining the club 2021.
Despite signing a long-term contract this summer, Olise’s new deal includes an unspecified release clause that activates at the end of this season.

And , United are now interested in signing the French youth international, with new minority owner Ratcliffe eager to overhaul the Red Devils’ entire transfer structure.
, Olise would be quite the exciting signing for United if a deal with the Eagles can be reached.
However, whilst Olise would bring some magic back to the Theatre of Dreams, the winger doesn’t exactly fit the criteria for what United are looking for this month.
Manchester United should wait until the summer to sign Michael Olise

Olise is easily one of the most entertaining players in the Premier League, with the playmaker carrying around a swagger that only few can possess in the English top-flight.
And for United, the winger could be a brilliant signing for the summer, with the goal this January all about bringing in a striker or two.
Indeed, whilst Olise does bring goals, United need a new spearhead in the attack who can be the main man for Erik Ten Hag.
And the Palace star simply doesn’t fill this role, though Olise could be a statement signing for the Red Devils in the summer transfer window.
