Jesse Marsch says he’s had ‘very clear’ conversation with Leeds player, now wants him to get move
Leeds United boss Jesse Marsch has that he wants Raphinha to land his dream move to Barcelona.
Speaking after a training session on their pre-season tour of Australia, Marsch said that it will be difficult to lose the 25-year-old, but he also thanked the winger for his efforts in keeping Leeds in the Premier League last season.
The Raphinha transfer saga has taken multiple twists and turns so far this summer. that Arsenal had an opening bid rejected for the Brazilian and Chelsea had even agreed a fee with the Yorkshire club in June, .

But now it seems Raphinha is one step away from his ‘dream’ move to Camp Nou and Marsch is hopeful the deal will go through, after honest conversations with the player.
Jesse Marsch hopeful Raphinha gets move
He : “And we are so thankful – I had that very clear conversation with him that a big part for me of us, considering to move him was the fact that he was so committed, that it made it easy for us to be very connected with what his goals in life and in his career are.
“So I’m hopeful for his sake, as much as it’s hard to see him leave. I’m hopeful for him to get this deal done because I know it’s his dream to play for Barcelona.”

the Brazilian only ever wanted to move to the Catalan club since February and now the clubs have reached a full agreement for a fee worth up to £56 million.
Losing Raphinha will undoubtedly be a huge blow for Leeds as he was an integral part of their push for survival last season. The ‘amazing’ winger scored 11 goals and put up 3 assists in the Premier League last season.
But Marsch has been busy in the summer window so far and has added six players to his squad already. And as the Raphinha saga has rumbled on for a few weeks, Leeds may be happy to finally receive the £56 million and continue to invest it into the squad.
