Jermaine Beckford wowed by what he’s seen at Leeds United this week
Leeds United cult hero Jermaine Beckford has taken to Twitter to congratulate the Whites Under-23s.
Andrew Taylor’s charges recorded a 3-0 Premier League 2 win over their Manchester United counterparts on Tuesday.
In addition, the attendance at Elland Road was , an amazing number for an Under-23s game.

And the Leeds fans in attendance were treated to a superb performance from the Whites youngsters.
Leeds took the lead after just 12 minutes.

Leeds then had to wait until the second half for more goals, but two then came in a short space of time.
In the 61st minute, Max Dean coolly finished after great work from Archie Gray and Sam Greenwood.
Just 10 minutes later, Gray made the most of a goalkeeping error to make it three.
The United stopper was closer to the stands than his goal when he tried to clear the ball.
The clearance fell to Gray, who confidently fired home into the empty net from 35 yards out.
On Wednesday morning, Beckford lauded the Leeds U23s’ display and goals, while also lauding the Elland Road crowd.
Leeds U23s sit 11th in the Premier League table and play away at Chelsea U23s this Sunday.
