Jamie O’Hara thinks Manchester United should replace Erik ten Hag with ‘outstanding’ manager
Jamie O’Hara believes Manchester United should look at hiring former Chelsea boss Graham Potter.
The former Tottenham midfielder raised concerns over Manchester United’s recent displays and feels Erik ten Hag has already ‘lost the dressing room’.
United face a difficult test against Aston Villa this evening after a disappointing 2-0 defeat to West Ham on Saturday.
The Red Devils currently sit eight points off the top four and after Sir Jim Ratcliffe was as a minority shareholder on Sunday, Ten Hag’s future feels uncertain.
There have been suggestions that the INEOS chairman really admires Graham Potter.

Of course, Potter was sacked by Chelsea back in April after a miserable few months at Stamford Bridge. But the Englishman’s stock was high before his switch to West London following a brilliant spell with Brighton.
And Jamie O’Hara thinks he could be a good fit for the hot seat at Old Trafford.
O’Hara suggests United should hire Potter
Speaking on this morning, O’Hara was joined by Ray Parlour and the duo discussed potential managerial candidates for United.
O’Hara mentioned Potter as a possible candidate, stating he could do a decent job if he’s handed the opportunity to replace Ten Hag in the future.
He said: “Graham Potter. It’s a big job, it’s a massive job.”
“But look at Chelsea,” Parlour added.
“Well, look at Chelsea now,” O’Hara added. “I think there’s a project there and there are some young players at United and I think someone like him could do a good job.
“Ten Hag, for me, I think he’s lost the dressing room.”

Potter enjoyed a brilliant spell at the Amex Stadium before being replaced by Roberto De Zerbi following his move to Chelsea.
Indeed, Pep Guardiola lauded his work at Brighton as ‘’ but he failed to make the step up at Stamford Bridge.
Nevertheless, Mauricio Pochettino’s struggles this term have probably highlighted just how difficult a job it is at Chelsea right now.
Should United decide to part ways with Ten Hag over the coming weeks or months, Potter would certainly be an intriguing option.
But the Dutchman very much remains in charge at Old Trafford for the time being and he will be fully focused on the task at hand, despite the speculation surrounding his future.
