Jamie O’Hara says £3m Arsenal player will cost Mikel Arteta the Premier League title this season
TalkSPORT pundit Jamie O’Hara has claimed that Arsenal will not win the Premier League this season if David Raya continues in goal.
The Spaniard has divided opinion since he joined the Gunners in the summer. Many still feel he’s a downgrade on Aaron Ramsdale, and his two big errors against Luton Town last night have just made things worse. O’Hara is not a fan of him at all.

Jamie O’Hara says David Raya will cost Arsenal the Premier League title
Arsenal signed David Raya from Brentford on loan in the summer by paying a £3 million fee ().
The Spaniard’s arrival raised a lot of eyebrows at the time. Many criticised Mikel Arteta for creating a needless problem in between the sticks, and those conversations have not ended yet.
Raya is the number one at Arsenal now, but he had a terrible game last night. He made two huge mistakes that resulted in goals, and Luton almost snatched a draw as a result.
O’Hara has had his say on Raya now, and he believes Arsenal will not win the Premier League title this season if Arteta continues to use him in goal.
He said on : “What I will say on this is that I don’t believe Arsenal can win the league with that goalkeeper.
“If you look at the best teams that win every year. Mostly Manchester City or Liverpool. They have the best keepers. Petr Cech, Edwin van der Sar, Peter Schmeichel, Alisson Becker and Ederson.
“For me, Arsenal can’t win the Premier League with David Raya in goal. That’s where I think they got it wrong. If you are going to upgrade from Ramsdale, then you have to upgrade properly. David Raya isn’t that guy. He will cost them.
“He got away with it tonight. Declan Rice steps up. Havertz scores as well. Big moment for them, they win 4-3. Arsenal fans will be buzzing. But when you look at it, in the grand scheme of things, David Raya is a problem for them.”

Mikel Arteta is unlikely to bring back Aaron Ramsdale for Aston Villa vs Arsenal
This isn’t the first time David Raya has made a mistake in goal for Arsenal.
The Spaniard has got a lot of things wrong between the sticks for the Gunners since he made his debut, and it has cost Arsenal points already.
However, Arteta seems adamant that Raya is his number one, and we just can’t see that changing now ahead of the game against Aston Villa on Saturday.
It will be interesting to see what will happen in the coming weeks, but if Raya continues to make errors and Arteta refuses to change his stance, Ramsdale will likely walk out next month.
