Jamie Carragher says what he felt Kai Havertz did wrong in Arsenal’s defeat to Bournemouth
Arsenal suffered their first loss of the new season across all competitions as they fell to a shock 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
William Saliba was sent off in the first half for bringing down Evanilson, who was clean through on goal as he chased a lonౠg ball from h🐽is own half.
Since then, things went gradually south for Arsenal as a fantastic goal from Ryan Christie and a penalty 🎃from Justin Kluivert gave Bournem♌outh their biggest win of the season so far.
A lot of things went against the Gunners at the Vitality Stadium, but Jamie Carragher feels one Kai Havertz could have done a lot better to prevent Chri💞stie’sཧ opener.

Havertz has been fantastic for Arsenal since joining the club for last season and has proved 🍒to be invaluable for the club on both ends of the ౠpitch.
His goals and link-up play in the final third have helped the Gu🤡nners win several games, while his physical stature has also allowed him to play a big role when it comes to defending set-pieces.
That said, Carragher feels the German inte♊rnational should have been more aggressive in winning the ball as Kluivert raced ahead of him for the flick-on, whi꧃ch was slammed into the back of the net from Christie.
“Havertz is absolutely ﷽fantastic for Arsenal in this position,” said Carragher on .
“I tജhink he actually won two or three headers in this position anyway throughout the game, even in the first half. But he has got to be mor𓆉e aggressive when this runs comes in.”
