Jack Grealish reacts to Dele Alli’s departure from Tottenham
Dele Alli’s heartfelt Instagram message to Tottenham Hotspur after his Everton move has prompted messages of support and praise from many of his peers.
The likes of Ryan Sessegnon, Jack Grealish, Jan Vertonghen, Sergio Reguilon, Michel Vorm and Joe Hart responded on the platform.
Alli had been with Spurs since the summer of 2015.

Tottenham had signed him from MK Dons in February of that year, but he saw the season out in Buckinghamshire.
Alli joined Spurs as one of the top talents in English football, and he set about making a name for himself at N17.
He made 269 appearances in all competitions for Tottenham and scored 67 goals, including 51 in the Premier League.
Alli won back-to-back PFA Young Player of the Year awards for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons.
He also helped Spurs to reach their first Champions League final in 2019.
However, Alli had struggled at Tottenham in recent years, losing his regular starting berth and falling out of England contention.
On transfer deadline day, the 25-year-old joined Everton for a fee that could reach £40million including performance-related add-ons.
Although there’s no doubting Alli needed a fresh start, it’s still sad to see him leave Spurs after seven years and close to 300 appearances.
The midfielder took to Instagram with a highlights reel and a message for Spurs, the fanbase, and Mauricio Pochettino:

Alli could potentially make his Everton debut in the Premier League fixture at Newcastle United next Tuesday.
