Izzy Brown sends timely message to Marcelo Bielsa amid Leeds winger links
Leeds United winger Izzy Brown scored twice for the under-23 side as he approaches a return to full fitness.
Brown signed for Leeds on loan from Chelsea last summer but has spent the entire season out injured.
This month, Marcelo Bielsa has been weighing up his options in attacking midfield. With Samu Saiz leaving to join La Liga side Getafe, Bielsa has been trying to bring in a new winger.
, Swansea City duo Dan James and Jefferson Montero are potential arrivals for Leeds this winter.
But Brown sent a timely reminder of his talents to Bielsa with his two-goal cameo for the under-23 side.
The 22-year-old is an exciting young talent and he demonstrated his ability in the 2016/17 season during loan spells with Championship duo Rotherham United and Huddersfield Town.

Brown won promotion with the latter but his 2017/18 campaign, which he spent on loan at Premier League Brighton, was blighted by injury.
These injury woes continued into this season but he can prove his worth in the second half of this campaign.
The ex-England youth international operates on either wing, as a number 10 or even up front, giving Bielsa attacking versatility.
Perhaps Leeds will think twice about spending money on a winger this month if Brown returns to full fitness and form.
