Mohamed Salah told he’s doing something ‘ridiculous’ at Liverpool after West Ham showing
Liverpool cruised to yet another comfortable victory in the Premier League as they swept aside West Ham to extend their lead at the top of the table.
Arne Slot’s side were in imperious form and in no mood for messing around as they went into the break three goals ahead thanks to Luis Diaz, Cody Gakpo and Mo Salah.
Trent Alexander-Arnold added a fourth early in the second half as well, completely ruining any faint hopes the Hammers had of a comeback.
Of course, once again, it was Mo Salah who was the headline grabber for Liverpool. His goal and assist in the opening 45 meant he took his tally to 20 goals and 16 assists for the season already.
And praising Salah from afar, former Premier League player Matt Holland conceded it’s getting harder and harder to come up with ways to praise him.

Mohamed Salah branded ‘ridiculous’ as Liverpool beat West Ham
Speaking about the game for , former Ipswich midfielder Holland picked up on just how good Salah has been this season.
And commenting on Salah, Holland admitted he’s running out of things to say.
“I think we’re running out of superlatives for this man. He’s been by far the best player in the League this season, and once again he’s on the scoresheet. West Ham giving away possession far too easily,” Holland said.
“Areola should do better, he should get a hand to it, but Salah, the form he’s in at the moment, it is quite ridiculous.”
Mo Salah’s numbers this season are world-class
Mo Salah has hit new heights nearly every season in a Liverpool shirt but under Arne Slot, he seems to have gone to a new level completely once again.
Being on 20 goals before the year is out and not far off the same in assists is absurd really and Liverpool have got to be doing all they can to get his new contract sorted.
Liverpool are firmly on course to win a second Premier League title and the reality is that Salah is the key driver behind that.
Losing him in the summer, then, just makes no sense whatsoever for the Reds.
