‘It’s impossible’: Agbonlahor thinks Aston Villa player has no chance of starting for Unai Emery
Aston Villa manager Unai Emery𓄧 has a lot of key decisions to make about his squad when he arrives at the club.
Former manager Steven Gerrardꦉ struggled to work out his best team, and was chopping and changing his attackers throughout his tenure.
Caretaker manager Aaron Danks left out captain John McGinn and Jacob Ramsey, who had been ever-present under Gerrard.

It worked, with Villa coming away with a fantastic 4-0 win against Brentfordꦐ, and showing Emery the squad certainly has potential.
However, Agbonlahor now believes that there’s no way Philippe Coutinho will start under Emery.
The Brazilian has had a torrid time at Villa this season, with many pundits suggesting he hasn’t turned up.
He’s yet to produce a goal or assist this season, and this place in the Brazil squad for the World Cup is in serious doubt.
Coutinho won’t start for Emery – Agbonlahor
“It’s impossible.
“I see (Emi) Buendia as sharper, younger, more hungry.
𝕴“I feel like Coutinho, if he couldn’t pick up his performances for his mate Steven Gerrard, who brought him in, relied on him.
𒈔“100%, he let (Gerrard) down. If I was him I’d be apologising to Gerrard. I’d be texting him saying sorry, I left you down, I didn’t perform.”
ཧCoutinho has been accused of losing interest in playing for Aston Villa this season.

✱The 30-year-old has been seriously under par, and given the other attacking options Villa have, he could really struggle to play under his new manager.
, however that was more than three years ago now.
The former Arsenalꦛ manager will be hoping that Villa’s dynamic attacking performance at the weekend wasn’t a one-off.
💞They’ve struggled in front of goal for most of this season, and that will be the first issue he has to solve.
🍌Agbonlahor might be right that Emery won’t start Coutinho when he arrives at Villa Park.
⛄It would be an incredibly brave decision to introduce him to the starting line-up now.
