‘It won’t be them’: Tim Sherwood predicts who’s going to be relegated from the Premier League this season
Tim Sherwood has predicted who he thinks will get relegated with Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest currently struggling in the Premier League.
Aston Villa have hired Unai Emery to help turn around their poor results, while Nottingham Forest have handed manager Steve Cooper a new contract.
The threat of relegation looms over plenty of teams in the Premier League every season, given the financial and sporting repercussions of going down.
The league table is especially close at this stage of the season already, with Liverpool in ninth only five points above Leicester City in 18th.

Three teams who will be looking over their shoulder this season have already made a managerial change.
Bournemouth sacked Scott Parker less than a month after the start of the season.
Wolves removed Bruno Lage at the start of October before Aston Villa fired Steven Gerrard.
Hiring the right replacement is essential for any club to make sure they’re quickly heading in the right direction again.
Sherwood discussed Aston Villa’s discussion to hire Unai Emery, and thinks he’s be the right man for the job if given time.
Sherwood predicts who will get relegated this season
“It’s a huge job, a great opportunity for him, as soon as he walks into that football club he’ll realise how big it is,”
“He’s going to have now until the end of the season to have a good look at this group of players and decide who he wants to keep and what he needs in the transfer window.
“They’re not getting relegated, they’ve got too many good players for that, and there’s too many bad teams in the league.
“For me, Bournemouth and Forest are relegated, so there’s one place up for grabs and it won’t be Aston Villa.
“He needs to progress that football club, I think he needs to take them to mid-table. Not necessarily now, but in the future, they need to be looking towards the top six.
“I think they’ve got the finances to do it, and they’ve got the man now, they need to give him the time and trust him.”
Emery has now officially started work at Villa Park, and is apparently a big fan of a defender who’s hardly played this season.

suggests that Emery’s training methods could be very repetitive.
Villa fans will be pleased that Sherwood has not predicted them to get relegated this season.
However, Nottingham Forest and Bournemouth supporters are unlikely to be too pleased.
