It is ‘increasingly likely’ that £60m midfielder is going to leave Arsenal this summer
With a fair bit of change expected for Arsenal in the summer, it seems one popular player around North London could be set to leave.
Mikel Arteta will be very happy with his playing staff right now, and he will believe he has the team necessary to achieve the club’s lofty ambitions.

It has to be thought that Arsenal are still chasing a historic Premier League and Champions League double this season, one that would re-write the club’s history.
And whilst Arteta will have his full focus on what can still be achieved this campaign, he must also have one eye on the summer ahead.
Arsenal are expected to have considerable spending power once again, and Edu Gaspar will be diligently trying to progress the squad.
Part of that progress will include player sales, perhaps with some popular names departing.
And as per that idea, have now shared a report detailing three players edging closer to an exit.
The information says that all three of Eddie Nketiah, Emile Smith Rowe and Reiss Nelson are poised to leave the Emirates.
Emile Smith Rowe could leave Arsenal this summer with exit talks progressing
It’s long been thought that Nketiah could leave in the off-season, after all he isn’t getting the necessary chances.
However, Nelson and Smith Rowe’s futures didn’t necessarily seem decided, and this information may disappoint one or two fans.

Whilst neither have been enjoying a run of starts, it may be a surprise for fans to hear this information claiming that talks surrounding an exit for the two are now ‘progressing’.
Arsenal were said to hold a price tag of around £60m for Smith Rowe in the previous couple of windows.
And whilst it may hurt to see all three of those Hale End graduates leave Arsenal in the summer, it might be the best for their respective careers.
It could be argued that the progress of all three has stalled of late, particularly with Nketiah.
Smith Rowe is now fully fit, so that can’t really be an excuse anymore, and Nelson is unlikely to ever be more than an impact sub.
All that being said, Martin Keown was amazed with one midfielder linked with an Arsenal move yesterday.
