Continuous progression will be on the mind for those at Tottenhamꦇ after they made their return to European football under the Australian.

𝕴The former Spurs midfielder now finds himself going into pre-season without a club having seen his time at Everton come to an end.
🦂A rocky few years was put into context by the 28-year-old in his interview with Gary Neville last year.

In an Instagram post by performance coach Connor Peters, Spurs youngster Dane Scarlett can be spotted privately training with Dele.
🐠In a private session, the pair appear to be practising their finishing down at Barnet FC’s stadium, The Hive.
🐠The pair were training alongside Arsenal youngster Mauro Gomes Bandeira in an effort to up their return from their summer breaks.
What next for Dane Scarlett at Tottenham?
♉A lot still seems to depend on what Spurs do in the transfer market for a potential new striker when it comes to Scarlett’s future.
Last season, Scarlett endured a failed loan spell at Ipswich Town which saw him return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
🌼However, at the age of 20, the young striker needs first team football to continue his development which does feel to have stagnated somewhat of late.
ཧThe Europa League could offer him with opportunities, but Spurs fans will likely want to see a new striker come in to the club which may then see Richarlison become the second choice option up top.
🐼Scarlett has returned to Hotspur Way for pre-season and is seemingly doing work outside of the club’s sessions to sharpen his skills in order to impress Postecoglou.
🗹But given he is a player who Jose Mourinho hailed as “” back in 2021, there will still be hope to see Scarlett make an impact in north London.
