Unfortunately for Spurs, it has been an underwhelming campaign when you consider all of the excitement about Conte’s first full campaign in charge. And with that, some Tottenham fans may be concerned about whether they may face a battle to keep their key stars in the coming months.

The good news is that Perisic is seemingly planning to still be at Spurs next year. , Inter still rue losing the wide-man. And there had been rumours that they may try and bring him back.

But Perisic is not going anywhere. Calciomercato. It claims that he intends to see out his contract, which is currently set to expire at the next season.

Of course, that is not as big a statement as it would have been if Perisic was out of contract in 2025 or even later. But it is still very good news for Tottenham.

Perisic had never played in the Premier League. So there were no guarantees that he would adapt to life in England. Ultimately, it does not just come down to what happens on the pitch.

But it seems that he is ready to stay. And given he has been ‘incredible‘ for Tottenham so far, that is very good news.
