‘Unbelievable’ player is flying into England and is about to sign for West Ham
West Ham United have reportedly reached an agreement to bring Kalvin Phillips on loan to the London Stadium from Manchester City.
This is according to David Ornstein, who has just dropped the exciting update involving the Hammers and the Citizens ace on and on his feed.
West Ham have been in pursuit of Phillips as they look to push into the Premier League’s top five and also progress in the Europa League.
Now, according to Ornstein, West Ham and the Citizens have come to an agreement over the England international for the rest of the season and beyond.

West Ham set to bolster their midfield ranks further with Kalvin Phillips signing
The report claims that the Hammers will cover Phillips’ salary, and that personal terms are not expected to be a problem.
In addition, the loan will include an option for the Hammers to buy at the end of the season, though no amount was mentioned in the report.
The England international is currently flying back to England with the rest of the Man City squad from an Abu Dhabi warm-weather training camp.
Phillips has fallen down the pecking order at City and has been unable to break into the starting XI since his move from Leeds United two seasons ago.
Meanwhile, West Ham sold Declan Rice in the summer, but bolstered their ranks with James Ward-Prowse from Southampton and Edson Alvarez from Ajax.
In addition, Tomas Soucek signed a new contract with the Hammers earlier this season.
His previous deal was going to run out in the summer, but now he is tied to the club until the summer of 2027.

What a signing this is for West Ham. Phillips is an outstanding player who would instantly improve any club in the world.
The Hammers already have a strong midfield, and now with Phillips set to arrive, it could well become one of the best in the entire division.
Even better, West Ham reportedly have the option to buy the ‘‘ midfielder.
It would’ve been a good enough deal were it just a straight loan, but the fact they can get him onto the books for after this season is outstanding news.
