Ian Rush and John Aldridge love what one Liverpool player did v Watford
Liverpool star Mohamed Salah delivered yet another masterclass as the Reds ran out 5-0 winners at Watford in the Premier League on Saturday.
The 29-year-old has been incredible for Liverpool ever since he joined in 2017, but this season he’s truly gone up a level.
Salah already has 10 goals and four assists from just 10 games in all competitions for the Anfield outfit this term.
In addition, the quality of his goals has been superb too, and against the Hornets, he got his second wondergoal in as many games for Liverpool.
Before the international break, Salah jinked past multiple Manchester City defenders before firing past Ederson.
And against Watford, he effectively toyed with his markers, weaving his way into space before curling into the far post from a tight angle.
Fans and peers are running out of superlatives for Salah, who’s surely in the running for the Ballon d’Or now.

Sadio Mane opened the scoring in the ninth minute at Watford following an incredible outside-of-the-boot through-ball from Salah.
Roberto Firmino then netted on 37 minutes, James Milner squaring across the six-yard box for the Brazilian to divert in from close range.
Firmino got the game’s third on 52 minutes and, not long after, Salah made it four with his sublime effort.
Liverpool then made it five when Firmino sealed his hat-trick in injury time, slotting home from Neco Williams’ cross.
