‘I want to see him’… Thierry Henry tells £70m player to leave after he’s linked with Arsenal move
Arsenal legend Thierry Henry has now been discussing the future of a player the club have been extensively linked with recently.
Henry, will have been one of many Arsenal fans who were absolutely gutted to suffer a late sucker-punch in Portugal last night.

Although Mikel Arteta’s side did little to deserve three points, it did seem as if they would bring back a level playing field to North London.
Instead, courtesy of Galeno’s last minute strike, there’s a deficit to overcome for a week on Tuesday.
As mentioned, Arsenal didn’t carry the same goal threat of recent weeks against Porto, not managing to muster one shot on target.
Leandro Trossard wasn’t in the game, and the rest of Arsenal’s front four were similarly quiet.
Perhaps quite pertinently, whilst providing Champions League coverage for last night, Henry did end up discussing the plans of striker Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen, who has been regularly linked with Arsenal, seems to have an undecided future, and it quickly became clear that Henry wanted to see the Nigerian face a new challenge.
Thierry Henry wants Arsenal target Victor Osimhen to leave Napoli in near future
Osimhen was in action for Napoli against Barcelona last night, scoring the home side’s goal in the 1-1 draw.
And having watched his performance, Henry wanted to see the striker prove his quality in another league on a consistent basis in the future, possibly with Arsenal in mind.

Henry said: “I think he needed that today because at the AFCON he can lead the line, he runs into the channel, he holds the ball, he is clever to understand I have him here and let him roll. I do think he needed that goal.
“How can he be? He showed last year what he could do.
“He won African player of the year along the way. I would like to see him now, what can you do in the Prem?
“Wherever you are going to go. PSG or the Prem. I want to see him doing it year in, year out.”
Of course, having not scored last night, there’s an easy temptation to suggest that Arteta does need a striker once again.
However, last night’s performance wasn’t let down by a lack of fire-power, rather Arsenal were undone by a clever Porto side.
And although Henry would perhaps like to see Osimhen at Arsenal in the future, that’ll be the last thing on Arteta’s mind right now.
That being said, it does seem as if Arsenal are now working on an exciting transfer behind the scenes.
