‘I really like him’… Laura Woods says she’s disappointed that ‘brilliant’ man is at Tottenham
TNT Sports presenter and Arsenal fan Laura Woods has claimed that she’s a big fan of Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou.
Spurs have gone from being one of the most ridiculed clubs in the country over the last two years to a fantastic side to watch. Postecoglou has worked wonders, and even some Arsenal fans seem to like him now. Woods is one of them.

Tottenham had a torrid campaign last time out under Antonio Conte.
The Italian always seemed like he didn’t want to be there at Spurs, and he had a huge public rant as well last year about his side.
Conte’s comments now look silly and that’s all thanks to Ange Postecoglou. The Australian has truly transformed Tottenham and has turned them into a fantastic side.
Gary Neville even thinks Spurs could pip Arsenal and Liverpool in the Premier League table this season – that’s how highly rated they are.
Laura Woods, who is a very big Arsenal fan, was asked if she would take Postecoglou at the Emirates in place of Mikel Arteta. She immediately said ‘no’ but admitted that she really likes the Tottenham boss.
She also claimed that it’s ‘disappointing’ that the Australian is at Spurs, who are now a big threat to Arsenal in the Premier League.
When asked if she would swap Arteta for Postecoglou, Woods told : “No! No, I wouldn’t because I love Mikel Arteta, so that was an easy one for me.
“But I do have a big soft spot for Big Ange. I really like him. I love what he has done as an individual coach. I really am disappointed that it’s meaning that Spurs are better and it’s quite a threat for us, but I think he’s brilliant, I think he has done a brilliant job.”
Woods also touched on how she met Postecoglou at Wimbledon and even has a picture with him.
Ange Postecoglou could lead Tottenham to silverware
Tottenham fans absolutely love Ange Postecoglou and rightly so.
What he has managed to do at Spurs in such a short space of time really is remarkable when you consider the mess they were in last season. Postecoglou has had to deal with a ton of injuries as well, but his side are still up there.
Tottenham fans have been desperate to see their club win a trophy. The last time they did that was nearly 16 years ago, which is not a great look at all.
Spurs supporters should be really excited about what’s to come. Postecoglou is arguably the best manager they’ve had in years, and if anyone can end their trophy drought, it’s him.
