‘I like it’… Erling Haaland has made interesting claim about Manchester United’s supporters
Manchester City star Erling Haaland has made an interesting claim about Manchester United’s supporters.
Erling Haaland probably isn’t the most popular figure on the red side of Manchester. The striker has already caused United’s supporters plenty of misery during his short spell in the Premier League.
In just three appearances against Erik ten Hag’s side, Haaland has neℱtte𒀰d five times and provided two assists.

During his Manchester Derby debut last season, he bagged a stunning hat tr🥂ick en route to a 6-3 win at the Etihad Stadium.
But Haaland has admitted that he enjoys ‘joking’ around with Man United supporters wh🌠en he bumps intꦕo them ‘off the pitch. ‘on the street’.
Haaland enjoys ‘banter’ with United fans
Speaking on , Haal💦and admitted thaಞt he has enjoyed the culture in England so far.
Of cour♏se, the Norwegian probably bumps into United fans quite often and he takes pleasure in joking around with Cit🔯y’s neighbours.
“I like it,” Haaland admitted. “I like 🌼the vibes and positivity from the fans. When I meeꦇt people I joke with them.
“I🃏 said it before the banter, not only the English players but the English people in general as well, because I love to joke a bit.
“I like joking with people. I enjoy it. People will see me on the s🐈treet, United fans or whoever, and we 🌼joke a bit with each other. I think it should be like that.”

It’s refreshing to hear the likes of Haaland admitting that h♚e enjoys engaging with 🧔the fans, even supporters of his current club’s direct rivals.
There is certainl🍌y no love lost between United and City, especially after the latter have emerged as the dominant force in English football in recent yea🍸rs.
But football is built on rivalries and it’s brilliant to hear that Haaland h🙈as enjoyed this as🐷pect of his switch to Manchester.
Of course, his father Alfie Haaland alsoꦆ played for City so the Norwegian striker would have been familiar with the rivalry before joining Pep Guardiola’s side.
