Chelsea, who have signed Alvaro Morata and Antonio Rudiger, among others, have suffered a late blow to their plans, after Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain rejected a move to the London club.
🅠The Arsenal man is expected to leave the Gunners, with the Blues and Liverpool vying for his signature. The Englishman, who is valued at £40 million, wants to play in central midfield, as opposed to the right wing-back position Arsene Wenger is currently using him in.
