How Tottenham staff feel about signing Conor Gallagher from Chelsea before deadline day
Despite their fast start to the January transfer window, it seems Tottenham Hotspur staff could still be incredibly busy in the coming days.
As well as a fixture against Brentford on Wednesday, Ange Postecoglou and his team are still thought to be exploring numerous deals.

It was yesterday confirmed that Antonio Nusa preferred to join Wednesday’s opponents, Brentford – with Alasdair Gold explaining why.
But it certainly doesn’t seem as if Tottenham will give up there.
The club could once again be competing with Bayern Munich for a high profile signing before Wednesday’s deadline.
Moreover, it also seems as if there are deals on the back-burner to cover for all eventualities.
Perhaps the likes of Bryan Gil and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg could still leave before Wednesday ends, freeing up funds for another move.
And with that in mind, Tottenham are still said to be interested in a deal for Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher, a move that’s lingered the whole window.
Tottenham staff feel a deal for Conor Gallagher is unlikely to conclude in January
According to , Spurs will stay alert to Gallagher’s situation in the coming days, a player they’d love to sign.
However, Tottenham staff feel as if something drastic would need to happen in the near future for the midfielder to arrive in January.

Despite Gallagher being happy at Chelsea, and his manager Mauricio Pochettino feeling the same about the player, it’s reported that the club would sell for the right price.
And despite the pessimism mentioned, you never know what can happen in the final days of January.
If Spurs were to sell Hojbjerg and Gil, they could still launch a late bid for a player who would definitely improve their XI.
Ange Postecoglou is thought to be a big fan of Gallagher, hence Spurs’ prolonged interest.
And when you consider that Tottenham were willing to part with a significant fee to sign Nusa just days ago, the financial situation must be healthy.
So whilst things are quiet for now, Spurs fans might be advised to keep a close watch in the coming hours and days.
