Tottenham are close to announcing a major deadline day signing in the form of Mathys Tel and the full price they’ll pay to sign him in the summer permanently can now be revealed.
Spurs have been patient in getting a deal for Tel doꦑne but in the end, it looks like that patience has paid off as 🔯they’ve beaten the likes of Man United and others to the punch.

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Tottenham are indeed due to announce the signing of Tel from Bayern and a deal is in place to make it permanent if they wish in ওthe su꧅mmer.
Taking to X to provide the update, Ornstein has revealed S☂purs will pay just shy of £🦩50m in the summer if they want Tel, with a six-year deal already agreed.

“Tottenham look like they might be ge🦩tting him on loan now, and I think that’s a really good deal for both teams. He can look at Tottenham, Tottenham can look at him, we’re talking about a young player with potential,” Carragher said.
“If he settles at Tottenham, he’ll definitely get lots of chances, they create chances, score goals. I think this move works well for the player🍸 and the club. I think this works fo꧂r everybody.”
Ange Postecoglou will be hoping Tel settles in quickly and then come🐷 the summer, Spurs can sign him and get to work on him ♚over a full pre-season to further enhance his talent.
