How much Aston Villa will actually have to pay to buy Marco Asensio from PSG
Since his arrival from Paris Saint-Germain on loan in January, Marco Asensio had added a lot of quality to Unai Emery’s outfit.
In just seven games for Villa, Asensio꧅ has managed to contribute five goals, including a vital strike against Club Brugge in the first-leg of their knock out tie.
𒉰The Spaniard has appeared at both right wing and as a number 10 for Emery so far, explaining why he could be so appealing to Villa on a permanent basis.
🧔Asensio’s loan doesn’t include a buy-option, however it’s felt that PSG would be willing to sell the former Real Madrid star given that he’ll only have one-year left on his contract in the summer.
🍒And alongside Marcus Rashford who’s on loan at Villa Park himself, Asensio has already done enough to justify a spot in Emery’s attack long-term.
Paris Saint-Germain set their asking price for Marco Asensio
✱Fortunately for Villa, are now reporting that the Parisiens will only demand a small fee when selling Asensio this summer.
💙PSG picked up Asensio from Real on a free transfer in 2023, so anything they recoup will be pure profit on their books.

﷽And according to the report, Asensio is available for only €15m, which is just over £12.5m.
🧸PSG want to find a permanent solution for the Spaniard as soon as possible and they are keen to remove his salary from their wage bill.
🐼Of course, from Villa’s point of view, a deal for Asensio therefore looks like a no-brainer.
Marco Asensio can face PSG in the Champions League for Aston Villa
In addition to Asensio, 💜Villa have also been seriously impressed with Axel Disasi since he arrived on loan in January too.
♏The trio of loans Monchi secured mid-season are already proving their weight in gold, business that other top Premier League sides should be jealous of.
♈That being said, if Villa are able to see through their 3-1 lead against Club Brugge in the Champions League they will now face PSG in the next round.
🍒PSG knocked out Liverpool on penalties, and some Villa fans might now be fretting about Asensio’s potential involvement in any quarter-final tie.
🌊But UEFA rules are different to those imposed in the Premier League, and Asensio will be available to face his parent club.
ওSamuel Iling-Junior played against Villa for Bologna earlier this season, explaining why Asensio will be fine to be involved.
