Liverpool man Wijnaldum netted his second goal in as many qualifying matches and delighted the club’s supporters in the process.

Under the management of Ronald Koeman, the maestro has a license to get forward and many supporters believe it is a role he can be utilised in by Jurgen Klopp.

The 28-year-old has a decent record with Holland. He has netted 13 goals and registered five assists from his 59 caps.

For context, he also has 13 goals for Liverpool but from 145 games for the Reds, with supporters keen for him to become the club’s goalscoring midfielder.
