꧒Aston Villa manager Dean Smith is weighing up his goalkeeper options this summer. And he could be ready to sell Lovre Kalinic just half a season after signing him.

According to the print edition of The Sun (), Aston Villa want to sell Kalinic for £5m. This will b🅠e a £2m loss after they spent £7m on him in January, .

The Croatia international only played eight games but was at fault for a few goals and looked nervous. He replaced Orjan Nyland in the side but was equally error-prꦰone with his performances.

Eventually, Jed Steer became the first-choice goalkeeper and helped to shore things up. With Steer between the sticks, Aston Villa earned promotion to the P🔯remier League.

And now Smith is ready to let Kalinic leave so that he can bring in another goalkeeper 🌊to compete with Steer. But whether the Villans can receive £5m for the 28-year-old remains to be seen.
