‘He’s a handful’: Joe Cole blown away by ‘unreal’ West Ham United star
Joe Cole has raved about West Ham United striker Sebastien Haller on the , following the star’s midweek heroics.
The French-born player scored his third Premier League strike of the season with a sensational acrobatic effort.
It helped the Hammers to a 1-1 draw at the London Stadium and under David Moyes, West Ham are enjoying a solid campaign.

Cole was certainly impressed with the performance of the 26-year-old striker and couldn’t hide his delight at the hitman.
“He’s unreal. You can’t knock Haller, he keeps coming back and he keeps getting chances.
“I watched him for Frankfurt and thought, ‘This kid’s a handful’.
“He’s not really kicked on after a decent start and if he shows a bit more aggression. If he does that the West Ham fans will grow to love him.”
Haller signed for West Ham from the Bundesliga for in the summer of 2019.
Cole is right when he says he hasn’t really kicked on, although Michail Antonio’s injury has allowed him another chance to show what he is capable of.
In 49 appearances for the Hammers, he has scored 14 goals and he’ll be hoping for more as his career in the capital progresses.
TBR View – Haller can become fan favourite if he continues to impress
The Ivory Coast international will know that he needs to keep progressing if he is to stay in the West Ham team.
His three goals this season have all been decent efforts but he needs to gain some consistency in front of goal.

Cole knows all about adhering himself to the Hammers faithful and he’d be wise to heed his advice.
If he can showcase more of the aggression he showed in Germany, it would delight Moyes and probably see him score more goals and earn more opportunities.
Consistency is the next key for Haller.
