Well, Arsenal have been linked with Sacha Boey. Earlier this month, Sabah reported that the Gunners have made contact with Galatasaray over a move for the right-back in the January transfer window.
There has been speculation that Galatasaray want £21.5 million in transfer fees for Boey. Manchester United have been scouting the 23-year-old French right-back this season.
However, as you can see, it seems that Arsenal could be about to miss out on the signing of Boey in the final days of the January transfer window.
Fabrizio Romano has reported on that Bayern Munich are keen on signing the former Rennes youngster and are trying to get a deal done.
The Italian journalist has claimed that Boey himself is keen on a move to the reigning Bundesliga champions.
My View: Arsenal to miss out on Sacha Boey
In my opinion, if Bayern Munich are keen on Sacha Boey, then Arsenal are out of the race to sign the right-back.
Bayern are one of the biggest clubs in the world who regularly win the Bundesliga title and challenge for the UEFA Champions League.
Thomas Tuchel’s side could win the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League this season.
Boey is only 23 now and can still develop and improve. I believe that he could flourish at Bayern, and I am not surprised that despite having interest from Arsenal, he is keen on a move to the Allianz Arean.
