‘Approached Leeds’: Fabrizio Romano has just shared fresh Raphinha transfer update
The Raphinha transfer saga continues to rumble on amid interest from the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Barcelona.
The Leeds United winger has been linked with the Gunners, the Blues, Spurs and the Blaugrana for weeks now.
On Thursday, the reported that Arsenal haven’t given up hope of signing Raphinha.

This is despite the Elland Road star ‘having already snubbed’ the Gunners and Tottenham.
Nonetheless, Barca and Chelsea are believed to be the frontrunners for Raphinha.
On Friday evening, Fabrizio Romano provided a fresh update on the transfer saga.
He claimed that Barca “have approached Leeds with an improved, verbal proposal for Raphinha”.
Romano also touched upon their contract talks with Dembele.
He then concluded by saying both Raphinha and Dembele are “now waiting for Barca”.
It looks as though this transfer saga could rumble on for some time yet.
Leeds now have Luis Sinisterra on their books, so Leeds can focus on getting the best deal for Raphinha.
And according to , Barca could potentially pull the plug on their Raphinha interest if Dembele stays.
This could well let Chelsea – and indeed Arsenal and Tottenham – back into the race.
