There was plenty of talk surrounding Mikel Arteta’s decision to rep🎐lace Ramsdale after the Englishman starred for the Gunners last term🅺.

But it would appear that Raya has made༺ the🧸 position his own and David O’Leary believes it will lead to Ramsdale heading out the door this summer.

O’Leary convinced Ramsdale will leave Arsenal

Speaking on , the Arsenal legend admitted he was surprised t💦o see Raya join from Brentford ov𒐪er the summer.

“The goalkeeping situation I was quite surprised when it happened,” O’Leary admitted. “Betwe𝓀en the two of them I don’t think there’s much in it.

“Why they changed Ramsdale is becaus🌱e the lad from Brentford is better on the ball. I haven’t seen that much in all the games I have seen that is a thing to make such a change? I 🌊was quite surprised.

“I can’t see Ramsdale staying at the end of the season, I don’t think you can have two goalkeepers of s𝓡imilar quality, I think one has got to go in the end.”

With Arsenal set to make Raꦛya’s loan switch from Brentford permanent f♋or this summer, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Ramsdale leave.

The 25-year-old will be desperate to start playing regularly once again as he’s🌟 already seen his hopes of overtaking Jordan Pickford as England’s number one disappear due to a lack of game time.

There have already been suggestions that his departure this summer is ‘inevitable’. Whether or not Arsenal find a club willing to match their £50 million price tag remains to be seen.
