Stuart Pearce seriously impressed with £40m Newcastle player v Manchester City
Newcastle United battled to a hard-earned point against Manchester City today and Stuart Pearce was left very impressed by one Toon star.
The Magpies got back into the game after a pulsating second half saw Anthony Gordon level from the penalty spot.
⛄For Newcastle, things might have been even better but City’s defence managed to hold firm while at the other end, a fine save from Nick Pope prevented a late winner from Bernardo Silva.
