Glasgow Rangers star is ‘becoming more and more influential’ for his country

Glasgow Rangers defender Leon Balogun is currently away from Ibrox on international duty, and has been doing really well for his country.

The 32-year-old featured in both of Nigeria’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers over the March break.

Balogun put in a solid performance at the back in the Super Eagles’ 1-0 win over Benin, which sealed first place in Group L.
