‘Get it done’: Tottenham fans excited about Julian Brandt interest

Tottenham are reportedly interested in Bayer Leverkusen attacker Julian Brandt – and some of the club’s supporters on Twitter are overjoyed that he’s a summer target.

, Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is considering a potential swoop for the 23-year-old.

The report details that he’s got a £21.5million release clause with Gemran club Leverkusen, while he’s tipped as a potential successor to Christian Eriksen.

Brandt has been a star performer for a Leverkusen team that sit fifth in the Bundesliga table and he’s already been capped 24 times at international level by Germany.

The versatile attacker, who can play in the number 10 role or as a left-winger, has made 42 appearances across all competition this campaign.

He’s managed to produced a brilliant return of nine goals and 17 assists.

Brandt has never played his domestic football outside of homeland Germany, but did come up against Spurs on two occasions in the 2016/17 Champions League group stages.

The last player they signed from Leverkusen was Heung-Min Son, who has turned into an incredible addition.
