German journalist who broke Harry Kane news now has Radu Dragusin update for Tottenham fans
In the last 24 hours Tottenham Hotspur fans have seen their attempts to sign Radu Dragusin swing in multiple directions.
For the past week or so it felt as if a move for the 21-year-old centre-back was becoming inevitable – Spurs looked to have a clean run at a deal.

However, with Bayern Munich entering the race yesterday, things do now look more complex.
Tottenham face stiff competition from the German giants to secure their man – much like their situation with Harry Kane in the summer.
And to that point, the journalist who was most authoritative on that story in the summer has now shared his update on Dragusin’s future.
Sharing the information on X, has now said that Tottenham are still leading the race to sign Radu Dragusin.
Plettenberg said: “Been told that FC Bayern is still in the race for Radu Dragusin but Tottenham is leading the race. Neapel is also pushing.
“Understand: Bayern still have chances. But time is running [out].
“Tottenham & Genoa are very close to finding an agreement about the transfer fee (€25m + add-ons).
“There’s still NO official offer from Bayern. And there’s still NO total verbal agreement between Bayern & Dragusin. Christoph Freund informed about all details and in contact.”
Journalist says Tottenham are still leading the race to sign Radu Dragusin
This should be a positive update from a Spurs’ perspective.
Fans won’t be delighted to see Bayern involved at all, especially considering they are meant to be the club taking Eric Dier off their hands.

That being said, a deal for Dragusin now looks absolutely vital for Spurs for a number of reasons.
Ange Postecoglou surely would be very keen for Tottenham to wrap up a deal to sign Radu Dragusin as soon as possible.
Not only is the fee mentioned very reasonable in the January window, it seems as if a lot of their other players of interest won’t be available this month.
The club were credited with interest in Crystal Palace’s Marc Guehi – but it seems he won’t move until after the season.
A deal for Draguin does seem important – and Tottenham now seem very close to getting it over the line.
