‘Full agreement’… Tottenham have now sealed deal to sign £21.5m player along with Timo Werner
Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg has revealed that Tottenham have reached an agreement with Genoa to sign Radu Dragusin this morning.
Spurs have been pushing to sign the Romania international for over a week now, and it hasn’t been easy. However, it now looks like the deal is done, and he will be on his way to Tottenham soon.

Tottenham reach full agreement to sign Radu Dragusin
Tottenham’s priority in this window has always been to sign a new centre-back.
Spurs don’t really have a player that Ange Postecoglou trusts apart from Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero in central defence. Emerson Royal and Ben Davies have done well, but they are not fully comfortable in that position.
A new centre-half was always a priority, and we learned last week that Radu Dragusin is on top of Tottenham’s wish list. Spurs even had a bid rejected by Genoa for the Romanian.
However, after more negotiations, Tottenham have sealed the deal now for £21.5 million, says Plettenberg.

“Transfer fee: €25m (£21.5m) + add-ons. Contract until 2029.
“If Bayern wants to have a chance, they must react today. There’s still no official offer from Bayern.”
Huge news for Tottenham
Tottenham really mean business, don’t they?
The North Londoners are on the verge of signing Timo Werner on loan from RB Leipzig, which is exciting on its own as he would be a great fit in Postecoglou’s system.
Now, Spurs seem to have addressed their most important requirement – a new centre-back. Radu Dragusin is a fantastic talent, and it looks like he’s on his way to North London now.
This is huge news and Tottenham fans have every reason to be excited ahead of the second half of the season.
