Fulham fans react to performance of Joachim Anderson during Liverpool win
Fulham defeated Liverpool 1-0 at Anfield and after the game, their supporters were quick to praise the performance by Joachim Andersen.
The Danish star has been tremendous in recent weeks and today was the tip of the iceberg as the keep the champions at bay.
Mario Lemina’s goal on the stroke of half-time gave Scott Parker’s men a massive three points and they stood firm in the second half.
Andersen is only on loan from Fulham and it seems almost certain as though he will be elsewhere next season.
The 24-year-old joined in October from Lyon and has made 21 appearances for the Premier League outfit.
Fulham would surely relish the chance to sign him permanently but they could face stiff competition from better sides.
Given his age, the man with a single Denmark cap will only get better and his Anfield showing really caught the eye.
Following today’s game, Twitter was awash with praise for the youngster, with many marking him down as their Man of the Match.
