Spurs fans react on Twitter to Lewis Dunk interest reports
A number of Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to comment on that Lewis Dunk is one of the defenders on Tottenham’s radar ahead of this summer.
Football London claims that signing a new centre-back is one of the priorities to Jose Mourinho ahead of the end of the season. And it appears that they have a number of names on their wishlist.

, Joachim Andersen and Nikola Milenkovic are wanted. But there is also interest in Lewis Dunk.
Dunk has won a lot of plaudits for his performances with Brighton. The 29-year-old has made more than 300 league appearances for the Seagulls, including over 130 games in the Premier League.

He also made his England debut in 2018. Nevertheless, it appears that plenty of Tottenham fans feel quite underwhelmed at the prospect of Dunk coming in to solve their defensive issues.
Football London notes that Dunk – who earns £45,000-a-week, – will not come cheap. And he turns 30 before the end of the year.
Some believe that he would be the perfect no-nonsense option. But the large majority have insisted that it would not be a step in the right direction.
With that in mind, here is how some of the Spurs fans reacted to the reports…
United and Chelsea interested in Kounde and Varane and we are interested in Dunk I cba

Oh come on, really? That’s a Levy cut price signing. We should be looking at top quality players if we wish to progress.

Good Cb but not one to take club to that next level
— Joetyler (@joetylerjunior)
Ben White is the better long term option
— paddy king (@paddytheloaf)
Excellent no nonsense defender not afraid to put himself in the way exactly what we need

From Dias to Dunk. The state of this list and this club. Killing us here.

People mad about potentially signing Dunk when he has prem experience and would be great for low block defenses when we need it. He can also win headers which none of our other defenders can seem to do 🤷♂️
