Manuel Pellegrini is considering a move for Haller, with Marko Arnautovic, Andy Carroll and Lucas Perez having all left the club this summer.

The French ace rose to prominence last term by striking up a brilliant partnership with Luka Jovic at Eintracht which yielded 47 goals in all competitions – 20 of those coming from Haller.

Haller would be a solid signing for West Ham, and he could potentially strike up a fine partnership with £24 million signing Pablo Fornals () if he made a move to the London Stadium.

TBR’s view

The 24-year-old Spaniard will be the creative force for the Hammers in 2019/20, and his relationship with Haller would be crucial if the Frenchman signed.

The burly striker is excellent at taking the ball down and holding it up, and one would expect Fornals to be the man to receive the ball first from Haller.

The maestro is blessed with fantastic vision and if Haller can get into the right positions, then the pair could absolutely flourish together.

Because the former Utrecht man is fairly prolific in front of goal, as well as being a great target man.
