Fabrizio Romano shares Jaden Philogene update as Everton and Crystal Palace wait on decision
Everton, Crystal Palace and Ipswich Town are all eagerly awaiting a decision from Jaden Philogene as he nears a move away from Hull City.
The England under-21 star lit up the Championship last season and has a number of Premier League clubs pushing to sign him.
As we know, Everton are one of those clubs, while there’s also been talk of Tottenham and even Barcelona being keen on the youngster.
However, a move to La Liga is now completely off, while Tottenham seem to have cooled their own interest, allowing others to move into pole position.
But as yet, there has been nothing from Philogene in terms of a decision.
Ipswich are hoping to complete a double deal for Philogene and teammate, Jacob Greaves.
But according to Fabrizio Romano, it’s not all in Ipswich’s hands, with both Everton and Crystal Palace still waiting in the wings to hear from Philogene and his camp.

Fabrizio Romano shares Sunday update on Jaden Philogene
on social media to share an update on the situation with Philogene, Romano has said that three clubs are waiting to hear from the England youngster.
Philogene scored 12 goals last season as he impressed in the Championship following his move to the Tigers from Aston Villa.
Like so many who leave Premier League clubs as youngsters, Philogene has thrived when given regular first-team football and is now set to reap the rewards with a move back to the top flight.
Philogene’s next hope will be to become a permanent fixture in a Premier League team before looking to kick on further and push for an England spot.
Of course, Everton will be hoping their takeover and ambitious new owners can tempt the youngster to Goodison Park before they move to their new stadium.
Palace are looking for a replacement for Michael Olise and could offer regular football, while Ipswich are looking to make an impression on their return to the Premier League.
Philogene, then, is on course to let two clubs down here.
